Good to know as an Indian seller
- "Foreign tax: handled" means the provider is the merchant of record and collects US sales tax and EU/UK VAT for you. With Razorpay or PayPal, that compliance is yours.
- Exporting software services is usually zero-rated under GST. File a LUT so you don't pay GST on export income, and keep the FIRA for every payment. Confirm with a CA.
- Wire and bank charges are per payout, so fewer, larger payouts cost less. A service like Skydo or Wise can also beat your bank's exchange rate.
Estimates from published rates, last checked October 2026. Providers don't publish every FX markup, and sources disagree, so the defaults are labeled estimates you can change. Excludes PayPal checkout surcharges, refunds, disputes and volume discounts. Exchange rate by ExchangeRate-API.
